Even though I always vows to sleep early, I keep falling back to my old habits for some reason. I think I really agree with what I wrote (or stole from someone unknowingly), knowing there won’t be any interruptions and anyone beside yourself.

But since I’m reaching 25, I think I should stick to a better night routine, so that I do not bother my future me 👀
